These circles weave trauma-informed yoga and somatic inquiry with the Yoga and Psych® method (based on Somatic Experiencing), Kundalini kriyas, TRE®, Neurogenic Yoga®, IFS, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, and Shadow Constellations.

Each Wednesday evening on Zoom, Alyson guides you through brief, grounding movement, breath, and meditation, followed by space for reflection, dialogue, and connection. These circles are your midweek anchor—a place to realign, restore, and weave YOGInquiry into everyday life.
Alyson draws from a blend of somatic-based therapies to meet you where you are. Yoga for Resilience offers gentle, trauma-informed movement and breathwork to support nervous-system regulation and whole-self stability. TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) invites the body’s natural tremor response to safely discharge stored stress and muscular holding. Neurogenic Yoga® integrates mindful asana, breath, and guided relaxation to facilitate neurogenic tremors within a grounded yogic container. With Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Alyson guides focused, compassionate trance work to access and integrate emotional material at a comfortable pace. Her IFS-informed embodiment practices bring curious, nonjudgmental attention to inner “parts,” using sensation, breath, and gentle movement to foster connection, choice, and self-leadership. All practices are offered from a foundation of safety, consent, and co-regulation.
